Last night M and I ran by the jewelry store on our way home to pick up my wedding band. \u00c2\u00a0We walk into the store, the girl says she will go and grab the ring and we start to wonder around. \u00c2\u00a0A few minutes later she comes and finds us. \u00c2\u00a0She takes the box, opens it up and hands it to me. \u00c2\u00a0I look and…….it’s the WRONG ring. \u00c2\u00a0I look at the ring and look at her and say “this is the wrong ring.” \u00c2\u00a0I begin telling her what the ring was supposed to look like and we all head over to find the original ring I looked at. \u00c2\u00a0Once we find it she agrees it is not correct and goes to find the girl who sold us the ring to see what happened.<\/p>\n
The girl we bought the ring from comes out and explains the designer sent the wrong style number. \u00c2\u00a0My ring was like EDxxx and the one they sent was ADxxx. \u00c2\u00a0She said she would contact the designer and get the correct ring sent out.<\/p>\n
I was a little disappointed that my ring was incorrect. \u00c2\u00a0But after seeing the one that I love, I knew it would be worth the extra wait. \u00c2\u00a0Plus we still have 4 months (to the day \ud83d\ude09 ) left.<\/p>\n
While we were there I told M we needed to look for his ring. \u00c2\u00a0After wondering around and looking in case after case another sales girl came to help us. \u00c2\u00a0M told her what he would like in a ring and what he didn’t want. \u00c2\u00a0With all of that she suggested we look at Palladium rings. \u00c2\u00a0They are durable like platinum and naturally white in color yet they are a fraction of the price. \u00c2\u00a0Plus they were all super lightweight.<\/p>\n
The sales girl pulled a few rings, M and I both suggested a few and before I knew it M had 3 in the running. \u00c2\u00a0He continued to go back and forth between the 3 and then narrowed it down to 2. \u00c2\u00a0We liked both and I told him that it was his choice since he would have to wear it FOREVER! \u00c2\u00a0\ud83d\ude42 \u00c2\u00a0A few minutes later he picked one. \u00c2\u00a0Aaaaahhhhhhhh! \u00c2\u00a0Really?!?!? \u00c2\u00a0I was very excited that he actually picked one and said this is it, let’s get it. \u00c2\u00a0I really figured he would say he wanted to think about it but he made a decision.<\/p>\n
I really like the ring he picked out. \u00c2\u00a0I like that he really likes it. \u00c2\u00a0The price was good and it’s a ring that he can keep forever. \u00c2\u00a0It can be engraved and sized if needed.<\/p>\n
Now we are waiting for his ring to come in and my correct ring to come back. \u00c2\u00a0I guess there will be another ring post in 4 to 6 weeks. \u00c2\u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
