I’m not sure what it is about this song that I seem to love so much but it is my “go to” on favorite songs.\u00c2\u00a0 Maybe I like the way the song starts off slow and then jams out.\u00c2\u00a0 There are several other songs that follow this style that I also like.\u00c2\u00a0 It’s funny too, that I can’t remember the first time I ever heard the song.\u00c2\u00a0 I’m sure it was in the car with my dad one day.\u00c2\u00a0 But unlike some other songs that instantly evoke memories Stairway isn’t one of those.\u00c2\u00a0 I just love this song.\u00c2\u00a0 And I would like for it to be played at my funeral.\u00c2\u00a0 In general I really like Zeppelin and I may have managed to incorporate some Zeppelin in my wedding.<\/p>\n
I went through a huge classic rock phase in high school.\u00c2\u00a0 I had all the great albums, Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Steve Miller band, Jethro Tull. \u00c2\u00a0 I’m sure my dad was more then ecstatic while my mom hated every minute of it.\u00c2\u00a0 I remember one night in particular driving out in the country with my friend Jessica.\u00c2\u00a0 We were in my mom’s jeep, we had the windows down, classic rock blaring and Boone’s farm under the seats.\u00c2\u00a0 Yup, can you say classy?\u00c2\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
I can’t say that a “rock out” to the classics anymore but I do remember the days when my ears were filled with the greats.\u00c2\u00a0 Now I tend to jam out to all the newest pop that comes on the radio.\u00c2\u00a0 Not so much because the music matters but it is fun.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
