{"id":22,"date":"2010-02-12T14:49:20","date_gmt":"2010-02-12T21:49:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kandm.section30.com\/?p=22"},"modified":"2011-10-19T10:07:30","modified_gmt":"2011-10-19T14:07:30","slug":"snow-snow-and-more-snow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/kandm.section30.com\/?p=22","title":{"rendered":"Snow, Snow and More Snow????"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I knew when I packed my bags and headed East to NC that there would be snow. \u00c2\u00a0How much snow, I didn&#8217;t really care as long as there was SNOW!!!!! \u00c2\u00a0Well for the 3rd, yes 3rd weekend in a row they are predicting snow. \u00c2\u00a0And by predicting I mean we will actually see snow.<\/p>\n<p>Two weeks ago we got about 5 inches of the glorious white stuff I have longed for all my life. \u00c2\u00a0 This also started the blizzard of 2010 that began for much of the Northeast (Raleigh excluded). \u00c2\u00a0 I must say I was uber excited about snow, the first time. \u00c2\u00a0 Now for the 3rd weekend in a row they are predicting 2-5 inches. \u00c2\u00a0Here is the problem with this prediction, 2-5 inches is just enough to make the roads an icy mess, clear the grocery store shelves and well cause shear panic. \u00c2\u00a0 2-5 inches is just enough to make driving downtown to my new hair stylist a little hairy (hehe) and possibly enough to cancel the appt. \u00c2\u00a0Now if we were to get the &#8220;light&#8221; dusting that had been predicted earlier in the day my life\/weekend would go on as normal. \u00c2\u00a0But now, knowing weatherman have NO clue, I am pretty sure this 2-5 inches will turn into a foot or more.<\/p>\n<p>Okay well I doubt that will really happen but a girl can dream \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-23\" title=\"snow1\" src=\"http:\/\/kandm.section30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/snow1-300x251.jpg\" alt=\"snow1\" width=\"300\" height=\"251\" srcset=\"http:\/\/kandm.section30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/snow1-300x251.jpg 300w, http:\/\/kandm.section30.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/snow1.jpg 604w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I knew when I packed my bags and headed East to NC that there would be snow. \u00c2\u00a0How much snow, I didn&#8217;t really care as long as there was SNOW!!!!! \u00c2\u00a0Well for the 3rd, yes 3rd weekend in a row they are predicting snow. \u00c2\u00a0And by predicting I mean we will actually see snow.
